A girl I saw in a store one time......well, my version of her.
Craptastic shading.... this is an old pic I discovered that I never finished and uploaded. So I just tried to finish it off and get it up.

In regards to you PS, I think the eyes are a little too close together maybe? And they need to be either larger or wider to accommodate the face real estate more... better 
Also, the head should be further right, and a little bit further down the neck... she kinda looks like she's pulling back from something.
Otherwise, some nice work, man. I don't usually crit too much, I generally like to keep my opinions to myself But sometimes I'm in the right mood. Sorry if it was unwelcomed
